1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are the General Terms and Conditions (“GTaC”) of FlorenceJewelshop, Helmkade 28, 1901 BM Castricum, The Netherlands.E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, Telephone: +31 (0)6-52689794 Registered with the Alkmaar Chamber of Commerce under nr. 65348265. VAT (BTW) number: 00030993684B01. These GTaC shall apply to all purchases and sales agreements entered into by FlorenceJewelshop through the florencejewelshop.com website (“the Website”). By checking the ‘Accept’ box you agree to their contents and their applicability to the agreement you enter into with FlorenceJewelshop. No purchase can be done without agreeing with these terms and conditions.
2.1 The purchasing process
You can place an order on the Website by clicking on all desired items on the website, which will place them in your Shopping Cart. You may then inspect your Shopping Cart and make any changes necessary. The colors of the original product can be slightly different than the colors on the screen. Only one discount code or voucher per order is allowed. Once you find the Shopping Cart corresponding with your wishes, you may click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button, which will generate an electronic order form listing the desired items. Upon completion of the order form, including details of the payment, you will be transferred to a secure environment to finalize the financial transaction. This will complete your order.
2.2 The sale and purchase agreement
Upon processing your order, the Website will in principle send you an e-mail receipt. The sale and purchase agreement shall be completed from the moment said e-mail is sent. This said agreement shall, therefore, be deemed as agreed in The Netherlands.
2.3 Refusing a transaction
The Webshop reserves the right, however, to refuse to process a transaction for any reason and/or to refuse service to anyone at any time in its sole discretion.
3. PRICES AND INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE
3.1 Listed prices
The prices listed on the Website are in EURO (and you can choose for listing in USD) and include VAT, but do not include shipping costs, except when mentioned otherwise. The total price listed on the order list and on the electronic order form does include shipping costs. Prices are subject to change at any time. Products are sold on a delivery unpaid basis. The recipient may also have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to/or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
3.2 Price changes after the concluded sale and purchase agreement
Changes in prices do not affect the sum payable in a concluded sale and purchase agreement as confirmed by FlorenceJewelshop by e-mail.
3.3 Information regarding prices, specifications, etc.
Although all information regarding prices, specifications, etc. is placed on the website with the utmost care, FlorenceJewelshop does not guarantee its accuracy.
3.4 No obligation to deliver in case of incorrect information
FlorenceJewelshop shall not be bound to deliver any orders that were placed on the basis of incorrect information on the website.
3.5 Information on external websites
Certain links on the website may give access to sites and sources of information that are exploited and maintained by third parties. FlorenceJewelshop does not control these sites and does not accept any liabilities regarding its contents.
Payment can be made by Paypal or via a Dutch Bank. By making use of Paypal you confirm that the account that is being used is yours. The amount payable will be debited from your account when your order is accepted by FlorenceJewelshop.
5.1 Delivery period
FlorenceJewelshop shall do her utmost to deliver all purchases within the period indicated on the website (between 2-4 days). These delivering periods are not applicable when you ask for a custom made piece of jewelry, or when you ask for an alteration. In that case, FlorenceJewelshop will inform you about the delivery time by email.
5.2 Delivery of your purchase
All goods bought at FlorenceJewelshop will be sent within 4 working days. Deliveries are made by POST NL (registered mail).
5.3 Insurance of your shipment
All items are sent by POST NL by registered mail. We advise you to upgrade to registered ánd insured mail. There is a possibility to upgrade the shipping method on the Shopping Cart. Any complaints regarding the state in which goods have been delivered must be made to email@example.com no later than two working days upon receipt of the purchased item(s). In case your shipment is not delivered within 60 working days, FlorenceJewelshop will have the courier conduct an investigation of the status of your shipment.
When the purchase arrives damaged you have to take a photo of the parcel in total, a close up of the damaged spot(s) on the parcel and a close up of the damaged goods, and a photo of the custom form on the parcel. POST NL also needs a proof (form) of your own postoffice to state the damage.
FlorenceJewelshop will do her best to solve any problem, but cannot be held responsible for the damage caused, since shipping is not in her hands. Therefore we strongly advise upgrading your shipping method to registered ánd insured mail.

6.1 Cancellations, returns, and exchanges
Canceling an order is only possible before the order has left our shop. If you cancel an order after it has left our shop, the shipping costs will be charged to you. You can return the item, only when you have not used it. Returns are only accepted within 7 days after receiving the item. And only when you contact FlorenceJewelshop within those 7 days and received the return instructions. All goods bought at the webshop can only be returned to the address below.
Returned goods must be shipped within 7 working days after receiving the return number to:

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our shop. Please use a trackable mailing method and save your receipt from the post office. When a Dutch custom fee is charged you are charged for the payment of that fee.
All accurately returned products will be credited as a refund to the original account, or bank account excluding the shipping costs to the shipping address and a restocking fee of 20%, with a maximum of €20 (ex VAT). You are responsible for the payment of the return shipping. In order to receive a refund the product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging. New and unused means that there are no (make-up) marks on the item. Unused also means no perfume scent or smell of smoke on any item. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Due to health reasons you cannot exchange or return earrings.
6.2 Refund period
After the receipt of the goods by FlorenceJewelshop the money will be transferred to your bank, or Paypal accounts within a maximum of 7 working days. Banks and Paypal handle payments on their own conditions. That is why it can take longer before the money will actually be refunded to your account. FlorenceJewelshop cannot be held responsible for this.
6.4 Responsibility for the return shipment
FlorenceJewelshop is not responsible for your return shipment to us. As the sender of the shipment, you are responsible for the actual delivery to our return shipment address. You must deliver the return package in the correct fashion. If it cannot be established that a return shipment that has gone missing was transferred in the correct way, FlorenceJewelshop shall not be obligated to refund the product.
7. RETURNS OF SALE ITEMS
7.1 Check the received items
Please check the product carefully upon receipt and decide within 7 days whether you accept the product or send it back to FlorenceJewelshop.
FlorenceJewelshop respects your privacy. You can read in our Privacy Statement how we handle your privacy with care.
The liability of FlorenceJewelshop towards the purchaser shall be limited to the amount of the purchase price. FlorenceJewelshop shall never be liable for any loss of profits or goodwill or any other consequential damages.
10. LANGUAGE, APPLICABLE LAW AND FORUM
All correspondence with FlorenceJewelshop must take place in English or Dutch. The laws of The Netherlands will apply to all transactions. Any dispute relating to a purchase and sale agreement to which these GTaC apply shall exclusively be brought before the District Court of Alkmaar.

This website and all its subdomains are intellectual property of FlorenceJewelshop. Nothing may be copied or used without permission of the owner.
